You (the "Client") have requested the credit services of Source One Credit Repair Inc., a Florida corporation located in Collier County, Florida and Source One Credit Repair has agreed to provide credit repair services pursuant to the terms herein.

This Agreement is dated and effective upon the date that the Client accepts the terms herein via electronic signature as recorded electronically by Source One Credit Repair.

Source One Credit Repair Scope of Services
Source One Credit Repair is providing credit repair services that are managed under the supervision of our professional staff. The services of Source One Credit Repair include evaluating your credit report and assisting you in obtaining corrections or other actions to assist you in having your credit report reflect accurate information. Source One Credit Repair does not offer credit to consumers or lend money to consumers. Source One Credit Repair shall provide the following services upon execution of this agreement:

Credit Repair Service 1 - Initial Set-Up
Source One Credit Repair upon execution of this agreement will perform the following set-up and related services: (i) the set-up of the clients profile (ii) client file open ing and set-up, (iii)provide to client the important information about documents and steps to proceed in credit repair, (iv) provide to client the access to website’s client only section(v) provide email and telephone support for any questions durning the Initial Set-Up period, and (iv) input the Client profile into the Source One Credit Repair database for electronic processing and storage to allow client to have access to the unlimited online access to their account PLEASE NOTE: Source One Credit Repair does not provide credit repoirts. We can order your credit reports for you and you must mail them to us. Upon the completion of the Initial Set-Up, Credit Repair Service 1 – Initial Set-Up shall be deemed fully complete and performed.

Credit Repair Service 2 - Monthly Services
Source One Credit Repair will for each month you choose to decide to remain a client provide the following additional minimum services to Client: (i) working to clear or repair personal items which you believe to be inaccurate, unverifiable or misleading working to clear and/or correct your credit report of the credit and personal items which you believe are inaccurate, misleading or unverifiable, (ii)Source One Credit Repair reminders of information or items you need to send to our offices (ii) access to our trained credit repair associates, (iii) analysis and review of your case file and items send from the credit bureas, as applicable, (iv) Source One Credit Repair will assist you in your individual efforts to restore your credit standing, (v) filinf with the credit bureaus the requests of verification and/or clearification of all the disputed items during the month, as applicable, (vi) the electronic updating of clients case file (vii) provide unlimited access to the online information for the clients case. At the end of each month that you remain a client and that Source One Credit Repair provides Monthly Services described herein. Credit Repair Service 2 shall be deemed fully complete and performed for that month.

Outcome Guarantee and Estimated Length of Time
Because the particular issues involved in each separate case can very greatly from case to cast we cannot guarantee a specific outcome or a specificaly predict how long it will take. The credit repair process or dispute process may take more or less then twelve months. Clients remain active for 6 to 8 months. The average case can be reduced or extended on the basis of the promptness of the client to forward the nessisary information and the number and circumstances of the issues being disputed on the individual’s credit report.

Cost for Services
The total amount charged to you is dependant on the length of time that you choose to remain a client. Source One Credit Repair charges you an Initial Setup Payment at the completion of the first five (5) days of service. This payment shall cover the work fully and completely rendered as described in Paragraph 1, Source One Credit Repair Scope of Services, section titled Source One Credit Repair - Initial Set-Up. This payment covers all of the work fully and completely rendered as described in Paragraph 1, Source One Credit Repairs Scope of services, section titled Initial Set-Up. At the end of each month thereafter, Source One Credit Repair charges your credit card the monthly rate for your Program to cover the services fully and completely rendered during that month as described in Paragraph 1, Source One Credit Repairs Scope of Services, section titled Credit Repair Service 2 - Monthly Services.

The rates charged are currently:

Unlimited Credit Repair Program: $75 Initial Set-up Payment, $35 Monthly Payments thereafter for each month that the Client chooses to participate in the program.

4. Terms for Payment:
You grant Source One Credit Repair permission (i) to authorize and capture the Initial Set-Up fee and Monthly Services fees when they become due from your credit card until you terminate this Agreement. You grant Source One Credit Repair permission to authorize and capture all earned but unpaid membership fees from your credit card for up to 90 days after the termination of this Agreement.

5. Cancellation Policy:
For any reason or no reason you may cancel this Agreement at any time. Cancelation must be made to Source One Credit Repair. Cancelation of agreement must be provided by mail or deliver a signed, dated notice stating that you desire to cancel this agreement along with your name and any other written noticed to Source One Credit Repair at PO Box 3249, Naples, FL 34106. You can also complete the Cancellation Notice at the end of this agreement and return it via mail, email or fax.
