How is bad credit repaired? Source One Credit Repair offers unlimited credit repair services. Our
services utilize disputes based on the Fair Credit Reporting Act to delete
untimely, inaccurate, misleading or unverified information from your credit
reports.
Once we have received your credit reports we can begin the process
of credit repair. With our state of the art credit repair processing
system we can achieve unparalleled results in the shortest possible
time.
You do have the right to conduct your own credit repair work if you
would like to. The Federal Law allows you to do this. This does sound
easy, but any person who has attempted to dispute accounts on his or
her own credit report will tell you something different. The Federal
law gives credit bureaus the ability to ignore your dispute under a
varity of circumstances.
A new copy of the credit report should be sent to your home along with
any deletions or improvements, at the conclusion of the credit bureaus
investigation. You will then send us the credit report. This cycle continues
until your credit has been repaired to your satisfaction.
For a listing to remain on the credit report it must be accurate, verifiable
and timely. The credit bureau may change the item to reflect the correct
status if the listing is somewhat inaccurate. You will find disputed
credit items cannot be verified and the creditor no longer possesses
the information or isn't willing to go to the trouble to verify it.
The investigation must also be completed within 30 days by law.
Credit bureaus do not always meet this deadline, if they do not make
this 30 day dead line the listing must be removed. It is because of
these reasons that when properly disputed, questionable credit listings
have been removed with a high level of frequency using our system.
